Lovforslaget omhandler udbygning af Rute 11 mellem Korskro og Varde med et ekstra spor på størstedelen af strækningen og en dobbeltrettet cykelsti på østsiden af vejen. Derudover muliggør lovforslaget en udbygning af krydset i Varde og rundkørslen i Korskro. Endvidere vil der med lovforslaget blive oprettet en støjisoleringsordning for berørte boliger.
