Lovforslaget giver Tvistighedsnævnet mulighed for at prioritere sager om seksuel chikane i erhvervsuddannelserne. Det sker som led i indsatsen mod seksuel chikane og bygger på ”Trepartsaftale om initiativer til at modgå seksuel chikane på arbejdspladsen”, som blev indgået af daværende regering (Socialdemokratiet) og arbejdsmarkedets parter den 4. marts 2022. Lovændringen skal træde i kraft 1. januar 2026.
