Parliamentary resolution

A proposal for a parliamentary resolution is not an act and does not change the rules by itself. If the Danish Parliament adopts it, it is usually a call on the government to act.

Any member of the Danish Parliament can introduce one – and so can the government. A citizens' proposal with 50,000 supporters is introduced by members from the parties.
